Service: Information per country

Which countries

Though we ship worldwide, the information below is only for the destinations that are covered in this webshop: all EU countries, the UK and Iceland. Information about other countries can be requested by email.

Changes 2020

For several reasons we decided to change the way of shipping for several destionations, this will be effective at some time in the last months of 2020. That means in november and december 2020 your parcel can be shipped the 'old' way (refer to this page) or the new way, as indicated below.

General considerations

Please choose the shipping address well, make sure the address is correct and complete. In case the address is of a company then make sure to name that company and name yourself as contact person. Make sure to provide us with a (mobile) phone number that you can be reached on most of the time and an email address that you read daily. Not only in case there are problems with delivery and you need to be contacted by the shipper, but also to be able to inform you about the pick-up location.
Service may be different from country to country. Some times you have to retrieve the parcel from a pick-up location. Sometimes it is possible to make a new delivery appointment. Depending on country or service parcels may be delivered to neighbours (or not) or put in a shed, below a car port or at an alike place. This all depends on local customs, we do not have any influence on that.
We are not able to give instructions to the shipper. The address itself should be enough. Any instructions in the address, at remarks or provided in any other way are ignored or erased. There is only one exception: when a door lock code / interphone number or alike code is needed please put it in the C/o field in the delivery address.
Make sure to monitor email, phone and letterbox for information regarding your parcel. Follow the parcel with the tracking codes we or our shipper provides you with and ask for assistance if needed.
Usual lead time is the number of working days (mon - fri) between the moment you order and pay and the moment the parcel is delivered. It can be longer due to many, many factors. These include holidays, busy periods, size of the order, ordered products etc.. We therefor never can guarantee delivery at or before a certain date.

Shipping cost includes 21% VAT for EU destinations. No VAT is charged for non EU destinations.
